USA Tai Chi Culture Association (TCCA) is founded on the principles of ancient Chinese Culture and Tai Chi tradition. Led  by  Master Wayne  Peng,  a renowned 12th generation successor of Zhaobao Tai Chi system. TCCA was formed by a group of Tai Chi enthusiasts in the San Francisco Bay Area as a non-profit organization. The goal of TCCA is to promote Tai Chi as a practice for improving health and fitness, achieving inner peace, building character, and cultivating a caring heart.

Through the practice of Tai Chi, TCCA provides an occasion for cultural exchange in today's global community. Using Tai Chi as an entry point, TCCA aims to investigate the essence of Chinese philosophies, such as philosophies in the ancient text of I-Ching and Doctrine of the Mean, with the ultimate goal of applying such philosophies in modern life.

Tai Chi is a universal exercise to promote harmony and friendship in the community. All members of the community, regardless of gender, age, and cultural background, can benefit from the practice of Tai Chi.

TCCA hosts many activities in the community, including Tai Chi group demonstrations, visiting of convalescence homes, free exercise lessons for the public, as well as lectures on health and fitness by world renowned Tai Chi grand masters and scholars. The community actively participates in such activities hosted by TCCA. Participants come from all walks of life - professors, students, business executives, physicians, professional dancers, policemen, retirees, housewives, and many computer engineers. The community shows strong support and expresses gratitude for TCCA's community activities.
